Never Too Far
By Abbi Glines
Publisher: Simon and Schuster

Rush Finlay has always been passionate, arrogant and impulsive, and Blaire knows now that she was foolish to think she could change him… So when a secret Rush had kept from her destroyed Blaire’s world she did the only thing she could, she ran. But trying to move on with her life isn’t easy; even though Blaire can never forgive Rush, she can’t forget him either… especially when something happens to send her world spinning once again.

What do you do when the one person you can never trust again is the one that you need to trust so desperately? Can things really go too far when it comes to following your heart?

My review
I tell you what I will never get bored of reading Abbi Glines books. No matter how many times I read them I seem to fall more and more in love with not only the story but the characters as well. Abbi has a way with words that leaves you hanging off every single one of them and always craving more.
Anyway enough about my love for Abbi Glines books, on with the review.

Never too far once again is written from the points of view of both Blaire and Rush and starts off basically where Fallen to Far ended, with Blaire having just left Rush in a motel room (are you crazy Blaire). But luckily for us it seems that their relationship might not be as over as it seems. You see Blaire finds out that she is….. pregnant (cue jealousy for having one of Rush’s offspring).

Basically in Never too far Blaire and Rush try to work out all of the issues that were brought up in Fallen too far (such as how his family treats Blaire and how Rush always puts his family before Blaire) and also some new ones. Rush is really trying to do whatever he can to make this relationship work so that he can not only be a part of Blaire’s life but also the life of their unborn child. I enjoyed how we also got to see Blair with more of the secondary characters instead of just with Rush, such as Woods and Bethy (who I am loving learning more about them).

But above all the book is really a great insight into a couple who have barely know each other long, getting pregnant and all of the issues that come along with a surprise pregnancy. Luckily Rush is one of the good guys that is willing to help raise a baby in any way that he can. There are so many precious moments throughout this book that had me reaching for the tissues because Rush’s love for Blaire is what all girls dream of.
I can’t wait to see where Abbi Glines takes us on the next and last book in the series Forever too Far.

5/5
