Hey there fellow readers, I see you have stumbled upon my blog, Jessica's Bookworld.
One of the first books that I can remember being so excited for it's release is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K Rowling. I remember first seeing Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone on the New Books shelf at my school library and picking it up and thinking yeah I'll have a go at reading this. Well I never looked back from there and was constantly hanging out for the books after that. The last Harry Potter Book came out when I was pregnant with my son and I remember reading it and thinking well what am I going to read now.
In 2008 my sister told me that I had to read this new book she had found called Twilight so I convinced my husband to buy it for me for Christmas. Well I devoured that and then I had to have the rest, but at that time everyone else had discovered them too. This was the time where I got drawn into the Young Adult genre and I have never really looked back.

My name is Jessica and I am a 25 year old mother to two adorable kids (boy and girl I know soo lucky). I have always loved books from a very early age. Some of the books I remember enjoying in my earlier years are The Baby Sitters Club by Ann M. About the Blog
Last year (in 2012) the Facebook page Mystical World of Books allowed me to become an admin. I was so happy as I have always loved books and wanted to share my ideas, thoughts and reviews with other people. Since becoming an admin I have meet some amazing people through the bookworld and they have inspired me to start my own blog and such Jessica's Bookworld was born.
Here is where you will find all my reviews, interviews, blog tours and competitions that I will do. I mainly read Young Adult and New Adult but do occasionally branch out if something catches my eye. I mainly read paperbacks, as nothing beats the feel of a real book in your hands.
